Staying healthy is sometimes a challenging endeavour, with your limited time and your other commitments and responsibilities. Which is why you carefully pick out your habits for staying fit, planning them out like a blueprint. You probably compress them in as little time as you can, and insert them in any strategic way you can to your daily routine. Genius? In some ways, it is. In other ways, not so much.
